"I stayed at Amata Hotel for one night, but unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience. When I arrived, I was given a notice saying that if I brought a guest to the room or had someone stay overnight, I would be charged a $500 fine. I understand hotels have rules, but the way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The customer service was disappointing, and I did not feel treated like a valued guest. I would not return to this hotel and I hope they improve their guest...

"Pacific Club Resort is unique by itself. The room we had was a two bedroom suite with breakfast included. Breakfast had excellent choices every day and had an egg station. Mr. San (the owner) and all his staff were very helpful and nice. Would love to come back and stay here longer."

"Stayed here 5days/4 nights on my birthday trip to Phuket. Let’s just say everything was exceptional! All the staff were helpful and very welcoming actually the best in Phuket! The property was very clean. The location was great roughly a 10min walk to Patong Beach Bangla walking st.
