"Last minute we reserved and arrived almost at midnight, it was good and efficient only the sofa bed was not ready dressed to use so that was my only bad thing about it! "

"We booked for 4 nights as a couples break but loved it so much that we put our flights back 3 days and booked to stay a further 3 nights on the hotels.com app. Beds are hige and very comfortable. Room is huge and clean/ brand new condition. Very modern. "

"Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold over seks dager på hotellet. Fine og romslige rom. Rent og pent. God og variert mat. hotellet hadde litt utfordringer med kaffemaskiner under frokosten. Ofte kø og maskiner som stoppet opp. Synes servicen på en del av de ansatte kunne vært opp et hakk eller to. Vi var der sent på sesongen, så mulig de var lei, men vi som kunder mener at det er lurt å gi et smil og prøve å si noe når man står i baren eller man rydder bord. "

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach."

"Sunny beach plajında, ama kesinlikle önermem. Yemekler kahvaltı tam bir rezalet. Elinizde eğilen şeffa bardakta su kahve bira veriliyor. Her şey dahil yazılı ama kelimenin tam karşılğı berbat. Yemekler mide bulandırıcı. Türkiye otellerinin 30 seneki hizmetinden daha kötü. Yerine ve görsellere kapılıp gitmeyin. Personel suratsız çok kabalar, tabi arada bir buluyorsunuz. Resepsiyona özellikle seçme anlayışsız yardımcı olmamak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar…. Kısaca önermem gitmeyin."

"It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry...

"Billig og greit hotell som ligger sentralt på Sunny beach med kort vei til taxi, buss, bakeri og gatekjøkken😊☀️ 30 min gåavstand til sentrum av sunny beach og 7 min med buss. Mulig hotellet hadde 4 stjerner i 2007, men henger nok litt etter på standarden til dags dato.. Fikk først et rom som ikke var godt nok vasket, men fikk kjapt et annet rom som var bedre. Maten var helt grei (spiste personlig kun frokost der) Fryktelig dårlig merket for allergikere som f.eks meg selv som ikke tåler nøtter....
