"思ったよりも駅から遠くて、道は渋滞していてタクシーもつかまらず、歩いたらかなり遠かったです。レストランは一つだけで一泊なら問題ないけど、連泊するには寂しい気がします。温泉ではないけど大浴場はいいです。部屋は価格の割には狭い(GW期間だったんで)けれどベッドの質は高かったです。ベッド横にコンセントやUSBポートがあるのはビジホでは当たり前ですが便利でありがたかったです。"

"The staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. I especially like the fact that they picked us up from our bus stop and took us to Snow monkey River. Thereafter, we called them, and they picked us up and took us to the hotel. The private onsen was amazing. I enjoyed it. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy. Secondly the town of Kusatsu is really beautiful and compact so absolutely worth of visit!"

"My husband and I spent one amazing night here after hiking Mt Fuji the day before. We didn't know what to expect at our first Onsen but Kusatsu Onsen Buon exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located by Yubatake Hot Springs and Sainokawara Park. It has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere. We booked a 90 min full body massage at the hotel and the masseuses were spectacular. They addressed every aching body concern after our hike! The breakfast was also plus. I would highly recommend them...

"非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了"

"We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...
