"Great historic hotel in a convenient location. FYI I was ticketed for parking in the pickup/drop off area for less than 5 minutes in order to get the parking pass for the garage - not the hotel’s fault but Hobart traffic cops are apparently a bunch of a**holes so be aware if you need to park a car."

We stayed for 2 nights to finish off our trip to Tasmania before flying home but the hotel is next to/on top of a night club that had live music Friday night that we could hear even in our room on level 8 and less loud music Saturday night. "The room was excellent, total hidden gem this place is. Secure card tap to enter the building. The bed was comfy, beautiful cotton sheets and snuggly warm doonas, fluffy towels, room well equip with fridge etc, bathroom clean and fabulous shower. Staff here are excellent they love their jobs and it shines out of them!!
