"My family and I had a wonderful two night stay at the Lake Inn Ballarat. We were very happy with our clean and spacious room, which included a convenient microwave we didn't even know we needed till we did. They also provided a cot for our entire stay for just $20. A major highlight was the attached City Oval Hotel, the food and drinks were excellent, making it incredibly convenient for dinner. The only minor drawback was that the hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as we would have liked....

"The property was clean, staff overall we friendly and helpful. Just a small note if you stay in one of the tiny houses look at the weather, if it rains or is windy you can definitely feel it. Also be mindful if the trailer is not leveled the shower can leak. But if you and your kids like an adventure its all worth it. Kids had a blast. "

"The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great"
