"Staff was really friendly and helpful. Condition of rooms that I was allocated was not. First room the Black out blinds could not be shut and was stuck. They assigned me to another room and the heating in that room does not work. The location of the toiletries such as body gel, shampoo and conditioner was at the end of the bathtub, other end of the shower head.... I had to carefully walk down the end of bathtub to get to them and bathtub was quite slippery."

"Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room could have done with some USB portals (there were phone chargers attached to the room's telephone but didn't work to charge my android.) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a gorgeous view was a great way to start the day."

"Hotel is in a great location. I love the technology integration and self check in. Staff were always helpful and on hand if needed. I had room service and the food was served promptly and very tasty, better than most hotels I have stayed. second stay at hotel and would come back."

Right next to the airport with the train station about 15-20 min walk away, which will take you anywhere you want or transfer to a bus. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful in all ways. "旅行で5日間ほど利用しました。 立地はよく便利でしたが、 イビスホテルから空調機が故障したとのことで、他のホテルに直接向かってくれ。とメッセージが来たので直接、他のホテルに向かったところ何も引継ぎされてませんでした。 １時間ぐらい他のホテルの人も対応してくださいました。結局、イビスホテルに戻ったら、気にしないでくださいとだけの返答で普通に止まれました。せっかくの旅行がモヤモヤな気持ちになり残念でした。時間を返して欲しいです。 なぜそのメッセージを送ったのか謎のままですし、謝罪もありませんでした。 気づいて早めにイビスにメッセージを送ったにも関わらず返信がなくこのような結果になってしまったので、改善して欲しいです。"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is very budget friendly and offers great value for money. One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this...

"Room was clean and nice however the bathrooms are extremely small. It was difficult to shower with such a low ceiling and small tub area. Staff was very nice and welcoming and housekeeping took good care of the room. Great views from our room and easy to use curtains to block out light for sleeping."

"I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities"
