"There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return. "

"The staff was amazing and Patrick, the valet manager, was really nice and professional. We loved the room we stayed in and the hotel had such a great 1920s vibe! We will definitely be coming back for anniversaries!!"

"We stayed in the North Building and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was excellent…. Special shout out to Sarah, Casandra, Mel and Nicole.
They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Something that is lost in most experiences today.
