"Our stay was good, particularly with children and easy access to transportation. Room was serviced daily. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was prepared well upon arrival. Only feedback we have is, we ordered take out one night and we were hoping to sit and eat in the common area downstairs however we were advised all the seating in the lobby was for bar patrons and were asked to eat in our room which wasn't ideal for us."

"Stayed here with my daughter for a 3 day Paris trip. Great location! We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be. My daughter loved that everything could be controlled through an ipad. Would be nice to have a little...

"Good location some rooms with great views of the airport but needs to be higher than second floor. The air con leaked so the floor was wet."

"It was disappointing to see so many guests trying to check in slightly early but everyone being told no until a magical time occurred. It was as if every room suddenly became available at 2:30pm for every guest - no room was available to any of the six people in lobby before then… if you truly want to put guests at the heart of everything you do, you can do better than this - this left a poor initial impression. Hotel otherwise was pretty good"

"There was never any soap in the bathroom sink. The entire 4 days we stayed at this hotel. We even went down to the desk and asked for soap on our second day, they said they would send someone up with it. Never got any soap. Weird"

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and well decorated, and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the bar and lounge areas in the foyer - useful if you have to wait for a later flight."

Although it is a little farther from the Eiffel Tower, the location is very convenient, with a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby.
