"We came to this places because we had a horrible experience at the disgusting Holiday Inn hotel across the highway from this hotel. The staff at night was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly got us into a very clean room. We were traveling with our two young kids and we are grateful for all their help that night. Very clean hotel and the interiors are very nice too. Definitely stay here again when we go back to visit Austin."

"I really liked michellecat the front desk my daughter had heart surgery and she gave her water i did not know we had to pay for parking so ahe said she would waive the fee but i had a card on my window to pay when i left the bed was not that comfortable but i did sleep good all in all michelle was super nice but probably wont stay there again "

"Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! "
