"The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast."

"The only thing which was good here was the front office who were nice and smiling and the kids zone where you can leave your kids rest all Other staff whether it is Restaurant, pool bar , beach front buffet all of the staff was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. "Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!"
