"I was able to check in several hours early, the staff was super friendly and gave restaurant suggestions and a map of town. Building and room was clean and secure. Had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend."

"The rooms & bathroom were larger than some of the newer hotels. The rooms & bedding looked clean & smelled clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Having a small refrigerator & microwave was nice. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated. It was easy to get to and from I 95. The breakfast was above average. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. We wanted to eat there, it took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order, while waiting we saw him outside talking to...

"Everything was ordinary, but the terrible part was being charged $9 for parking. That's truly unfair. Parking should either be free for guests"

"When we arrived our shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The night attendant brought some up but had trouble installing them. I believe the staff took care of them properly the next day. We were charged $50 for "amenities". I asked why. Something was damaged they said. That had nothing to do with us, we didn't install the dispensers."

"The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals."

"Dirty and beat down hotel, stunk of weed, didn’t have a room ready for me even though Expedia confirmed the booking. Breakfast room was a mess, food falling out of trash cans, dirty tables and it was only 7:30am. Worst Fairfield I’ve stayed at, had positive experiences at others."
