The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people...

Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...
