"The Hotel Doria is on a quiet back lane near the Ferrari metro and an area filled with shops, cafes and well regarded restaurants. The room was modern, nicely appointed and comfortable with a nice rooftop dining area for breakfast. Staff were most helpful. The Via Garibaldi, San Lorenzo and the waterfront were a short walk from the hotel, as well as the open air book market and the galleria. Absolutely the best pesto at E. Price Rose and we thank hotel staff for their recommendation. "

"The perfect getaway in a quiet Italian village, away from all the noise of big cities! It was close enough to a small city to get what you needed but none of the traffic and noise. Staff was peasant, place was comfortable, and the 360 degree view of the surrounding area was breathtaking! It’s an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless you’re returning after midnight. The hotel offered a a discount for the restaurant next door, which we made use of, and there’s a Carrefour Express right under the restaurant for your convenience.
