"Very big room, perfectly comfortable and bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was excellent. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful). "When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. "
