"Great customer service, very clean throughout the hotel, and good options at the breakfast buffet. The location is what tops everything. It is across the street from Shopping del Sol and a taxi stand, and a block from Shopping Galleria. Everything is easily accessible from this location. They also have outstanding wifi."

"Very friendly front desk staff. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. The room are basic but I am not staying in my room most of time, I am out about exploring Asuncion. Good Location and hot shower and free breakfast and I would highly recommend !"

"Great hotel, great service, great location. Spacious apartment-style room, lots of space, great breakfast, centric in town. They arrange taxi service to and from the airport since I was arriving and leaving at wee-hours of the morning. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will recommend to others planning on visiting Asuncion."

"The place is expanding which means there is a lot of demand but their rooms are very basic. For us the primarily the issue was that they clean the hotel, in particular the rooms, with so much chemicals, toxic solutions, and they spray they rooms with a lot of fragrance perhaps to make an statement that is clean but it was impossible to stay in the room. We decided to leave and move to another hotel."

"Very Disappointing Experience – Stay Away! Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. The hotel is extremely dated and not well maintained. The sheets were old and stained, and we encountered bugs and cockroaches. My friend was bitten by fleas, which was very upsetting. We also had to ask to change rooms because of a strong, unpleasant smell. The only positive was one very friendly and helpful employee in the breakfast area. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this...

"Everything was great and staff were helpful - there was a large language barrier which made a things a little harder than it needed to be but overall a great option for accommodation in Asuncion!"
