This place is completely falling apart. 3 years ago when I started coming it was in fairly good shape and the staff was good.
On this trip I was put into a completely falling apart apartment with bugs in the corners of the walls, a pair of spiders that lived with me for 3 weeks, mirrors that were delaminated, TVs ripped from the walls, iron but no ironing board, no hair dryers, we constantly had to ask for toilet paper and gave up and bought our own, there was no outdoor/ balcony as described in the room that I booked, The living room air conditioner rained all over the room, destroying my computer bag, a couple of pair of shoes, and damaging my passport which was in my handbag on the coffee table.
Overall, I've been coming here for more than 3 years and bringing dozens of clients, after this experience, I will never return.
I was told upon arrival that I would be moved to a more suitable room the next day, the next day they told me it was impossible. The same thing occurred every single day, even after reaching out directly to the manager and knowing that a good portion of the apartments in the building were completely empty.
I'm pretty sure they put me in and offline unit just to make a few dollars. It was embarrassing, disappointing, and very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately I was booked full with work appointments as was my roommate, so we didn't have the opportunity to move, and the hotel wouldn't give us a refund anyway. Nightmare!
