"The room was nice, decent beds and very well located. Be aware, there is no elevator. It was also very quiet. I would stay there again."

"Excelente ubicacion y acojedor 👌"

"The hotel is located on a street just off Gran Vía, an area with several theaters, touristic restaurants, and lots of people so it gets very busy. The street where the hotel is located is quiet but a bit dark at night. The location is convenient, with many of the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite rundown. The rooms are outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The staff was helpful, but the overall quality of the hotel is...

"Nice room in great location right next to Tribune metro"

"La ubicación"

"The hotel was so great. Location was convenient as it was near Plaza Del Sol, Gran Via and a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean and with a great balcony. The staff was friendly and very helpful as I dropped off my luggage and was also offered an early check in. The A/C worked great and there was also an elevator to help with not having to carry luggage up the stairs. I hope definitely recommend the hotel and I would love to stay here again!"
