Honestly, not sure how this hotel is a 3 stars and cost over 400 Cad. Getting there yesterday, there were 3 customers having payment issues because the hotel system was down. We had to wait for 50min because there was only 1 person at reception and he did not know much because he kept calling someone if the phone for help.
where finally it was our turn to checkin I understood that some how there are still using pen and and paper book to track reservation.
The room was clean but my window did not lock well so I had to listen to all the people screaming at night and the early cleaning trucks. My window cover was broken (Please check the picture) so I was not able to close the curtain. and the bed was BAD. It cracked and made sounds everytime i turns, it was not comfortable.
The morning staff was almost arrogant: no good morning, no thank you, no how was your stay. Just give me the room key.
I will NEVER go back and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
