Abbiamo trovato il personale della reception molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, le camere super pulite e dotate di ogni comfort e la comodità nel parcheggiare avendo un parcheggio privato della struttura. Distante appena 5 km dal centro città, sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per noi ogni volta che torneremo a Firenze. Ottimo soggiorno!"

"Palazzo Vecchio is an excellent hotel for many reasons. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms including bed, shower pressure is consistent and hot, impressive hot breakfast with made-to-order cappuccino, latte from baristas, very close to train station (2-3 min walk), and within walking distance to most major Florence landmarks and attractions. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear hotel guests next door when they sneeze or talk - this did not...
