"Great shuttle service to the train station"

"While staying at this hotel for eight days seven nights, we did not receive room service the entire stay the hotel itself seemed clean, and the staff were nice. Although the towel warmer in the room did not work and we only received two towels for the whole week. We had also paid for a city view room and received a room that overlooked their laundry mat attached to the hotel so all we saw the roof of a laundromat. The mini fridge in the room seem to consistently leak water. I try not to complain...
