"The place smells bad. The pillowcases were dirty we had to put our shirts over them to sleep. The blanket was dirty. They don’t have anything in the rooms. We had to ask for the iron and no hair dryer. You have to find street parking. The towels were so small barely fit around me."

"The open “safe haven” room next to my room had unstable and homeless people openly using drugs. The entire floor smelled like weed and had people yelling throughout the night.it was being used as a shelter. I would NEVER stay here again."

"Stayed for one night. Nice and modern. The area in the lobby with ice machine felt very communal. Make up remover wipes in the bathroom came in clutch, so you're not getting it on the pillows! Too many towels in the hallways- could've been the guests tossing them there, or shorthanded house keeping. Overall, would stay there again."

"It starts off with the lock that was broken so they change my room. The bathroom smell, charging outlet was not working, stains on the pillow. There was no iron. it's not a hotel it's a motel. I should have known it was only one floor. I book for 3 nights I left one day early. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I knew I would not get it back. Disappointed!!!!!!!"

"This hotel is good but has so much potential to be great. The staff are all so nice and helpful when they can be. The reviews about the lack of television is true. Unless you travel with a FireStick, you will be out of luck with tv in the room. One of the lights in my room didn’t work(I did inform the front desk but decided it wasn’t a big deal(for me)).
