"Upon check in—There is one guy checking everybody in and three people standing around doing nothing behind him. There are 2 elevators, one doesn’t work. Had to wait 15 min for an elevator to get to our floor. Even if the other was working, it’s not enough for the amount of people in this place. Upon check out-they kindly gave us late check out to wait out the thunderstorm. Unfortunately, while the Valet parking was easy enough to do at check in, it’s a 45 minute process to get your car back. I...

"The room was clean , air conditioning worked very well, had trouble with the door , it doesn’t shut properly when locked . I was there for a concert at MetLife , the shuttle going was great but needed good directions where to meet the shuttle when entrances were blocked . We were all pretty much standing around figuring things out . Did not see any shuttles after 2 hours. Ending paying for an overpriced taxi coming back after midnight."
