"after my visit at your place I went to another hotel near Battersea Park. The Easy Hotel was outstanding in everyway: service, people, location. The rooms are quite small, specially if you have any phisical condition or if are in Wheelchair. (Which I am not) but the spaces bewteen bed and wall are not enough. The best thing are the USB charger in the wall, for those who only have one adapter like me, and morte artefacts to be charged. Hope to visit you again in the future"

"I liked I was near everything, shops, cafes and train station and buses. Some streets were a little dirty.The location was excellent for me and the silence in hotel was great. Couldnt hear no traffic or anything. Will definetly try to book there again on my visits to UK"

"Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto de Gatwick, como a 10 -15 minutos , ahí mismo está la terminal del metro, que te lleva hasta el centro de Londres en unos 45-60 minutos dependiendo al lugar que quieres ir ,ahí mismo en la terminal del aeropuerto puedes ir al sur a las Playas igual a 60 minutos pero realmente no se siente la espera tan larga, el hotel muy básico , desayuno igual panes jamón, queso café algunas frutas,las terminales de autobús hacia el aeropuerto como a 10 minutos caminando, el...

"Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"Absolutely terrible booking. There was no communication from the owner about check in details. Had to ring someone in Pakistan just to let them know that I had booked who then passed me on to some third party management company who then also had no idea of our booking. Then received emails to check to some different property after our check out time. "
