"My daughter stayed here due to the close proximity to JFK + the free 24 hour airport shuttle. When she arrived at JFK, she tried numerous times contact the hotel(with the number provided) to order the shuttle. No luck. She waited by the shuttle area hoping it would arrive. No luck. "The hotel itself was great. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The room was also positively huge compared to hotels we’ve stayed in in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The free breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of choices. The area is very industrial and there is not a subway station close by, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearest station. There is not much within walking distance except a deli about a block away where we picked up some water...
