"My daughter and I had a lovely stay here in June 2026. Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2...

"Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. In arrival the staff were downright rude. Snapping orders at us “passports” and “pay now” without a please or thank you. They don’t like the fact we asked to look at the room before payment. The room they allocated was at the front on a very busy and noisy main road. I asked to be swapped which they did - to be fair this wasn’t an issue for them. Breakfast was a different matter entirely - very poor. Bland cereals - rice crispies or coco pops. Not tea...

"Muy bien. El apartamento es pequeñito pero tiene de todo. De hecho pensaba q horno no tenía ya q no lo vi en las fotos y me llevé una sorpresa al ver q si había. Estaba todo limpio y recogido. Lo unico malo es q en la habitación no había tele solo en el comedor y puesto q hay una pared q separa yo haría una ventana para poder ver la tele desde la habitación o poner una pequeñita en el cuarto. Por lo del todo muy bien"
