Overall the ocean was beautiful, the staff kept the hotel and outside clean and were incredibly personable and helpful. However, we had several issues: had to change rooms due to outlets not working, then out AC stopped working, and it sometimes felt like a carnival cruise behavior all over the pool area, we even had to call the front desk at 4am due to drunk guests that were screaming and running up and down the hallways. Also, my husband fell ill and they would not accommodate a later check out for more than an hour, forcing him to lie on a couch in the lobby.

Good experience, beautiful beaches. The food is expensive, the room at the Royal was a little dated. There was construction near the cove, they could have handled it better, as it was a little disruptive as early as 8 am.
