The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

Hi, I usually dont leave reviews but its the small things that bothered me with the resort. 1. Room was not completed prior to arrival; 2. No comforter for the bed only a sheet, which was not sufficient to our comfort level; 3. Food was poor quality at buffet and all the restaurants were booked at least 3 days in advance. I recommend booking all restaurants as soon as you get there. 4. No premium liquor everything was cheap and tasted horrible...just cheap liquor with no quality... Overall out of 5, I would give a 2.3.

The vacation experience was wonderful - good food, friendly staff and overall good service. The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! We couldn‘t eat the food, it was like they took frozen food and dropped it in the air-fryer and served it. Don‘t recommend eating there. Otherwise, the other restaurants, Mo-Bay, Blue Lagoon & Poseidon had good food, variety of choices and we stuck with those. Had I stayed longer I would have tried the Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants. There are 10 choices on the complex so you are bound to find something you can enjoy to eat. The rooms are clean, well-kept and spacious. The only other draw back is for our return back to airport we ended up with „Destination Services“ as the 3rd party transportation and the rep (either Hyacyinth/Samantha) she did not identify herself and she was rude and wasted 3 hours of my vacation trying to get a „confirmation date“ for our return when everyone on the grounds (Including Expedia) knew when we were scheduled to leave. This was a stressful time for me and my anxiety level increased which caused me distress as we had a flight out the next day. When attempting to contact them via phone/what‘s app they weren‘t responsive and told us they were in meetings (for 3 hours). Eventually after contacting Expedia, we were passed off to another 3rd Party Holiday Services transport which was a better experience. Don‘t use Destination!

The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Spa & Resort is located on the water and the area is absolutely beautiful; unfortunately, many staff members were not friendly or helpful. We stayed in a Villa Suite. Were do I start: the bed was very creaky, the entire Villa Suite floor was not clean, bathroom somewhat clean, there was an ant problem; I called twice requested for someone to spray for the ant problem. No one ever showed up. The housecleaning person Kristen assigned to our Villa Suite was the worst. Each day she would forget the basics of leaving fresh bath and/or hand towels. The tile in bathroom shower had large scraped marks. There were two balconies; the larger balcony had two lounge chairs, which were not inviting since the cushions were torn in many places. The smaller balcony was fine with two chairs and a table. The food in the buffet was okay; many times the food was cold or slightly warm. Main dishes for lunch were often carry over for dinner. The lunch/dinner choices were the same most everyday. The seven la cart restaurants were all very good!! The gym was okay along as the air was working/on.
