Overall, this was a great place to stay: clean, quiet, private, and thoughtfully equipped with the guest experience in mind. Pros: -Walking distance to island's largest supermarket. -Designated parking for each apartment. -The room was pleasantly cool & smelled amazing when I arrived -Apt included many thoughtful amenities (ice water, coffee/tea supplies, blender, toaster, cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc.) -The adults-only layout provides excellent privacy -Pool was the perfect temperature with plenty of lounge chairs Cons: -Stains on my sheets -Finding the property was confusing. It's on an unpaved road with no clear sign where you're supposed to turn. Clear signage at the turn would help. -Biggest drawback was communication. I was contacted by the hosts through Expedia only to be told to contact them on WhatsApp for check-in instructions. Requiring guests to switch platforms, add the hosts to their contacts, and send a message for information that could have been shared through Expedia or email felt unnecessary. -There was also conflicting check-in information (3:30 p.m. on Expedia vs. 4:00 p.m. on WhatsApp). -Weak water pressure in my ensuite bathroom -Tricky and frustrating door lock -Cleaning is noisy. Don't plan to sleep in if they're cleaning a nearby apt. -Encountered a huge cockroach just outside the door to my apt. Hosts responded immediately and treated the area, and I never saw another one. A door sweep would add peace of mind.

The upgrades are fantastic. The food is very good but getting into specific restaurants was not. At least a 2 hour wait which is ridiculous. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were big enough and spacious enough but the key card slot to turn on the lights is a little much, very annoying. Also, the AC would turn off when you open the patio door and if you don't close it properly it stays off. So when you come back to your room it's hot as hell. The entrance to the elevator on the ground level smells like pure ass. Please make that go away. Grounds, beach, pool are all fantastic and again, your staff is amazing.

Great staff

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay--even checked on me as I was a solo traveler. The food was incredible and the bar Offerings were decent--house wines could be improved however. I would definitely recommend the resort and am interested in returning when they open their adults only resort in the near future.

Very good location and services!

It’s a very beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing! The restaurants were so delicious and we wanted to go again but didn’t have time! The pool is not too exciting, it’s small and no pool bar! The beach is great but when it’s windy, it’s not fun to get sandblasted. The drinks are very expensive and so is the food.
