"Wir hatten ein Appartement im oberen Stockwerk. Zwei große und bequeme Betten in zwei Räumen, der eine Raum ist mit Kombi Esstisch und Küche und groß. Es sind schöne hohe Räume, die Schrägen stören gar nicht. Es fährt die Schnellbahn nebenan, uns störte das Fahrgeräusch der Züge nicht.Die Kommunikation war super und die Anbindung zur Stadt ist sehr gut. Eine tolle Wohnung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. "Hervorzuheben ist die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, 2 Fussminuten zur U-Bahn und Tramstation. Einkaufsläden direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung unserer Wohnung (3 Pers.) war einfach aber zwechmässig. Bequeme Betten. Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf den Fussboden der sehr staubig war. Es empfiehlt sich Hausschuhe oder Socken dabei zu haben. Leider verfügen die Wohnungen über keine Teppiche, so dass wir die Leute über uns sehr gut beim herumlaufen hören konnten (und/oder...

"Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations. The hostess was very helpful and thoughtful in seeing to our needs. "

"La note attribuée à l’établissement n’est pas du tout justifiée. L’accès à l’appartement n’est pas pratique du tout. On doit se garer devant une épicerie pour avoir les clés, puis la traverser avec les bagages et aller à l’étage pour accéder à l’appartement. Le parking est à 600m de l’appartement. La propreté laissait à désirer (sang de mouche écrasée sur la fenêtre non lavée). La poubelle était ouverte donc les odeurs était présentes. Bien entendu elle n’était pas enlevée de façon quotidienne....

"Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few...

"Överlag var insidan av rummet väldigt fräscht och modernt. Men ingen hiss fanns och rummet va på tredje våningen. Vi va i rum 11. Toa och dusch va i separata rum och när man satt på toastolen hade man 15cm till dörren. Så man slog sig varje gång. Det såg mycket rymligare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Ena täcket som va bäddat hade inte överdrag och det fanns inget till extra kudden och täcket. Men köket va välutrustad och man hade även tvättmaskin på rummet (dock utan tvättmedel)"

"I was overall very pleased with my stay here. I had no issues accessing the property. Very convenient pick-up and drop-off location for airport-taxis and ride sharing.
