"Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Pool ist herrlich. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage ist auch gut, die Stadt Rijeka ist schnell zu erreichen und zum Meer sind es auch nur wenige Meter. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Umgebung auch sehr ruhig. "

"Wunderschöne kleine Villa unter Eichenbäumen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Super Rezeption Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Konoba Njivice sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Essen gehen möchte "

"Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. "

"Adriana war der tollste Gastgeber! Sie kümmert sich um alles, und das Haus ist wunderschön. 🤩 Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns erholt. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Wir hatten die Poolheizung gebucht und dadurch jeden Tag bis Ende September noch Spaß beim Schwimmen. Vielen Dank für alles!"

"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

Küche mit allem was man braucht in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität vorhanden. Pool sehr sauber mit Service. "Clean property, spacious and comfortable rooms, felt very homely and safe. pool was great, good size and temperature, a lot of outdoor space and lovely garden. we were made to feel very welcome. very quiet and sleepy village. The small shop across the road is great for all basic needs, and more. Distance to the rest of Istria was really convenient, and we even made it to Postojna caves in 1hr 40min. "Ein super schönes modernes, sauberes Haus mit allem was man Brauch. Einer sehr ruhigen Lage und freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber:) Man kann den Bildern glauben:D wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:))) Hinweis für E-Autos: Laden kann man über die Schuko Steckdose. Funktioniert super, nur muss man (wenn möglich) die Ladeleistung etwas reduzieren. Durch die hohe Auslastung in der Hauptsaison kommt ab und zu mal die Sicherung, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. "
