Vila Mirela is traditional charming holiday villa with swimming pool and children playground located near Dubrovnik and it`s ideal choice for family or group who seeking a relaxing summer holiday. The spacious interiors are pleasant, well equipped with furniture and the idyllic location adds to the overall feeling of "tranquility" of the holiday home.
This modern vila is spread on 450 square meter and it is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a homely atmosphere. We offer our top floor of the house suitable for 12 people. It consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 2 living rooms 2 kitchens and balcony. This area Its spread all over the whole floor. On ground floor level there is a large private plot with big terrace with a private swimming pool, fully equipped outside kitchen, toilet,barbecue and children's facilities..Next to pool are many games such as seesaw, slide,children small house.
Although we live on the ground floor of the Villa,but we have separate entrance and has no contact with the pool.
There is a private and safe parking space in front of the house.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request

Guests will have access to: free WiFi, free parking, private outdoor swimming pool, SAT TV, Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, Open furnished terrace with seating sets, BBQ facilities, outdoor kitchen with dishwasher,outdoor shower, private covered terasse.
The beautifull outdoor area is spread on 250 square mater. It is a peacefull please, safe for kids where they have a playgroound while adults can enjoj on sunbeds next to the pool but still they can have an eye on the kids.
The whole outdoor area is surround with stone walls so you have a completely private and safe area where you my enjoj your vacation.
This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
Oure home is 5 minutes away by walking from bigg grocery store (Lidl and Konzum) as well as bacery.The nearest restaurant is 250 meters walking distance from the appartment. We are located 5 minutes to the main road where you my take a bus to Dubrovnik or to the Cavtat.The nearest beach is 5 minutes driving( Plat, Srebreno and Mlini ). In the Srebreno you have a shoping centar as well a entrance to the bay where you can find a many restaurante and bars. IN the bay you have a offers of water spoorts , shore excursion such as a Three islands(Lopud, Kalamota and Šipan), water taxi to Dubrovnik as well as Cavtat. 20 minutes away is beautiful village Cavtat with lovely walking route around penonsula, where you my enjoj many ba eachs and restaurants with a dalmation atmosphere. From other excursion we my recomend you visite Montenegro( 30 kilometers away), Mostar (1 and half away by driving), island Korčula...

Parking is in front of the villa and it is free.Taxi service is available

Best Host and Stay!

We had the absolute best time staying at Mirelas villa in Dubrovnik! She was the best host ever. She assisted us with booking a boat day and gave us awesome recommendations! Absolutely must stay here!! Everything was perfect and property was amazing!!

Beautiful Stay Near Dubrovnik. Highly Recommended!

We spent 4 wonderful days at this beautiful and spacious house near Dubrovnik. The home was tastefully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terrace and pool area were perfect! a real highlight of the property for sure. The location was peaceful, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik, which made it easy to explore the city while enjoying some quiet time. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available to help and make sure we felt at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Family Holiday at Mirela

The villa was clan and spacious, and good access to the shops eg Lidl. Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a short taxi journey away (we found Uber better value for money) and the host was attentive but not intrusive and provided information about local places to see when asked. The only observation would be that the pool is probably not suitable for young children as it is too deep but this didn’t effect us sand we enjoyed the stay a lot

Good base for bigger group

We stayed in Villa Mirela for 8 nights - 4 parents and 5 grown-up "kids" (age 19-23). The house with 2 separate apartments worked very well for our big group with the outside kitchen area being a great place to gather. Mirela is very responsive and take quick action on any request or issue. She also book a full day boat trip for us which is highly recommendable; it was a great day. Be aware that the house is placed in an area with family houses. A car is needed to go to the beach. We chose to use Ûber all week. Lots of them and pretty low prices. Dubrovnik is as expected busy during July. We enjoyed going to the smaller cities south of Cibaca like Cavtat, Mlini etc.

August stay in Villa Mirela

We had a wonderful time in this lovely property in Cibaca. The house is lovely with an amazing outside space - wonderful pool, outdoors kitchen and seating areas in the sun and the shade. Cibaca is a great location - well-located for Dubrovnik and Cavtat, plus the beach at Srebreno five minutes down the road by car. Shops and restaurants nearby too. Mirela was the perfect host - she really looked after us. Thank you.

Perfect base to enjoy Dubrovnik

Our host Mirella was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The pool, outdoor dining and kitchen was the highlight of the property. Great location. Dubrovnik is only a short drive and the beach is less than 5mins drive. It’s only a short walk down to several supermarkets. Would really recommend

Beautiful

We had a wonderful 5 night stay with 8 ladies. The Villa is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! Mirela is a fantastic host, very accommodating and responded really quickly to any messages or queries we had. We will definitely be back.

Great place for relaxing holiday

We had small vacation with friends and had amazing time at the house. Pool and the outdoor kitchen were great and had everything we need during our stay. House was really comfortable and clean with lots of amenities. Our host Mirela was also really nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

Agréable séjour entre amis à proximité de Dubrovnik

Mirela est une hôte très prévenante. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, constituée de deux appartements ce qui permet de séjourner en groupe. La maison est très bien entretenue et aménagée. En particulier la piscine de bonne taille et la cuisine extérieure bien équipée permettent de profiter au maximum de l'espace extérieur.

Entspannt in Kroatien

Das Haus ist in zwei separate Apartments aufgeteilt und hat eine schöne Aussenküche. Der Pool ist super und lädt zum planschen ein. Die meisten Straßen im Ort sind sehr steil was zu Fuß anstrengend werden kann, vor allem auf dem Rückweg bergauf. Im Ort gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Beautiful property , close to dubrovnik and magnificent host !

I really couldn’t rate Mirela as a host high enough . From The moment we arrived she was so welcoming and gave us tons of info on the area aswel as providing a taxi service for us over Whatsapp whenever we needed . She is so kind and the whole place is family run , they are so proud of it and rightly so ! The property it’s self is wonderful , the outdoor kitchen really makes it and the two separate ( but interconnected if you wanted ) Apartments were perfect for 2 separate family’s holidaying together . Mirela and her team make sure the apartments and outdoor area are spotlessly clean when you arrive and she very kindly Stocked the fridge with necessities should we want to use them . The pool is heated and lots of inflatables for the kids . Towels for beach and pool and showers provided ! The location is really close to dubrovnik by taxi and around 20minutes from the airport . It is the perfect property whatever the occasion as she really does cater for all and it is very private . Thankyou for providing us with a wonderful family holiday mirela ! We will be back !!
