HOUSE IN THE PRESSES OF PORTOFINO, WONDERFUL VIEW,

LOCATION: THE HOUSE IS 1 KM FROM THE SMALL CENTER OF ZOAGLI (about 2500 inhabitants). There is a main beach and other pebble beaches with transparent water, a paradise for diving enthusiasts.
A beautiful path cut into the cliff, easy for beautiful walks to the sea. You can walk to the train station in less than a quarter of an hour.
In Zoagli there are: a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy and some pizzerias, bars and restaurants.
Rapallo is 4 Km away and can be reached by car or train in a few minutes. Portofino by car (13.5 Km) and Sestri Levante (11km).
Very interesting are the boat trips from Rapallo or Santa Margherita to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli and from Rapallo to Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre. Shopping can also be done in Rapallo, or in the historic center of Chiavari (6 Km).
DESCRIPTION: The "L 'Arenella" house, renovated in 2012, can be reached via a slightly uphill private road.
It can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. On the upper floor there is a living room furnished with style and taste. There is also a fireplace. An open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into bed and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The lower floor can be reached via an internal staircase where there are two bedrooms.
There is a terrace of approx. 20, with a view towards Chiavari and Sestri Levante where you can comfortably dine and lounge under a beautiful sky where there are two deckchairs and a tent.
The car has its "private place".
From the terrace you can reach the "BELVEDERE" going up on foot among olive trees for about 5 minutes. From here, the view towards Portofino is breathtaking. All this is part of the property, but also accesses the "near" of the "Yellow House" (see photo). Here you can sunbathe, enjoy an aperitif or simply enjoy the view.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a a very good time, the little Belvedere uphill is fabulous. The neighbors are very nice and have also helped a lot with great recommendations on sightseeing locations being not so crowded. Cristina and Julia are great hosts.

If you want to experience an authentic Ligurian stay, then this property is it. You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. The owners are very gracious and efficient. The amenities are cozy and comfortable. You are literally between Portofino and Cinque Terre, without being in a touristy area. I HIGHLY recommend this awesome property and will rebook when I get a chance.

Ein sehr sauberes Haus und Grundstück. Alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage, Staubsauger etc. Nette Begrüßung und toller Ausblick, auch Richtung Portofino mit der zusätzlichen Terasse auf hauseigenem Berg! Danke!

Die Terrasse mit 180° Meerblick ist wirklich atemberaubend schön. Das Haus ist ebenfalls sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet mit allem Komfort.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Cristina und Giulia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage. Die Ruhe, die wir suchten, haben wir dort gefunden. Vor allem das Belvedere ist unvergleichlich schön. Dort im Sonnenuntergang zu Abend zu essen, die Lichtbahn des Mondes auf dem Meer zu betrachten, ein Gläschen guten itlaienischen Weins dazu... was will man mehr! Zum Strand und in den Ort sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn fährt regelmäßig in die Nachbarorte oder bringt einen zum Wandern in die Cinque Terre. Wir haben das Auto an keinem Tag gebraucht. Die Klimaanlage im Haus funktioniert sehr gut und die Ausstattung ist top. Ein Urlaub, wie man ihn sich wünscht und ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Danke, Cristina, für die schönen Tage!

Kleines, feines Ferienhäuschen, gut ausgestattet (inkl. Klimaanlage) in Top Lage. Die Ortschaft ist fern der Touristenströme, hier macht der Italiener seinen Urlaub. Kulinarisch ist relativ wenig geboten, ein gutes Fischrestaurant, ein durchschnittliches Pizza Bistro & eine Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis aber unfreundlicher Bedienung. Es empfiehlt sich eine Bootstour (Verleih vor Ort) an der Traumküste entlang.

Für einen schönen Badeurlaub mit Ausflügen ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert! Die beiden Terrassen und der jeweilige Blick sind gigantisch! Wunderbare Abende sind vorprogrammiert. Zum Strand muss man etwas laufen, dafür ist es herrlich zum Baden. Herzlichen Dank an die beiden Vermieterinnen!

Sehr schönes Objekt. Wunderbare Terrasse, wenn man den Garten zur Steilküste hinaufgeht, was wegen des Höhenunterschieds etwas anstrengend ist. Leider hat man von der Terrasse am Haus keinen Blick auf das Meer. Zoagli selbst ist sehr klein und hat relativ wenig zu bieten.

Zeer vriendelijke dame, zeer mooi uitzicht boven op het terras. Airco kwam van pas bij de hitte dat we hadden. Wel een goede klim om terug het huis te bereiken maar de rust en uizichten maakt alles goed! Een aanrader.

Schöner Platz etwas abseits vom Rummel! 80 Stufen hoch und ein wunderbarer Aussichtspunkt über dem Meer ist die Belohnung! Empfang hat super geklappt ( wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt! ) gute zugsverbindunge ! Wir haben es genossen!!

If you are looking for a quietly located holiday home, this is not a good choice. Every five minutes a train rushes by right next to/under the house. These are both passenger trains and long freight trains (also at night!) that make an incredible amount of noise. It was also very disappointing in terms of privacy, because of a second home that is located on this property. The terrace with a beautiful view over the sea (no access, so no swimming opportunity) is also used by the other house. This means that you actually only have the roof terrace (approx. 4x4) of outdoor space to yourself.

Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables à Zoagli. La maison est très belle, comfortable et jouit d'une excellente position. Le village de Zoagli et la plage sont joignable à pied. Les propiètaires sont très charrmants et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Nous ne pouvons qu'ajouter nos éloges à ceux de tous ceux qui nous ont précédés dans cette superbe maison au confort et au charme indiscutables. Cristina (la fille de Giulia) ainsi que son frère sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants et très réactifs : le jour de notre arrivée nous avons découvert que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, l'après-midi le chauffe-eau était remplacé. Bref une location que nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander

Überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt. Nettes Haus in sehr schönem Umfeld. Die Terrasse über dem Meer ein Traum. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar und der nahe Bahnhof ist ideal für Ausflüge per Zug z.B. in die Cinque Terre oder auch Genua. Wir hoffen ganz bald wieder hier Urlaub machen zu dürfen.

Prachtige locatie, met alles aanwezig in het huis. Huiseigenaar stond altijd voor je klaar. Het was fijn vertoeven in Zoagli en omgeving.

Schönes, sauberes Haus, herrlicher Badestrand, ruhiges und kleines Dorf. Zum Glück gab es am Nachmittag Schatten. Auch um die Klimaanlage waren wir mehr als froh. Gerne zum Empfehlen.

Unser erneuter Aufenthalt in Zoagli wurde leider durch das schwere Unwetter gestört. Im Haus fühlten wir uns sicher und durch die gute Ausstattung konnten wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem genießen. Der Pelletofen sorgte am Abend für eine gemütliche Wärme. Danke an Frau Christina Canepa für den netten Empfang. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
