"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ambassador Zermatt for 3-nights. The location is walkable distance to everything, and less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The property is clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and we loved having breakfast before starting our day on the slopes. Know that the sauna has limited hours, closing at 8pm. And most restaurants don't open for dinner until 6pm. We did not use the on-site restaurant but it looked really nice. Our room was great for the...

"The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing and the afternoon tea was just what we needed after a day out. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend it.
