"Great property, friendly staff. Only downsides was the up and down and around the adequate but not quite complete wayfinding signage around hotel. Also wish hotels would do away with acknowledging their staff based on review feedback...more confident staff push QR code cards onto you constantly, holding you up, yet the most diliigent workers humbly go about unnoticed and don't ask for thanks - you should leave your guests to acknowledge and thank good service with gratuities or personal...

"立地もよく、ホテルスタッフもとてもよかったです。ボタニカルガーデンに行きやすくてメトロを使っての移動に便利でした。清潔で、お部屋に洗濯機があって便利でした。ただ、テレビのリモコンがつかなくて、フロントにお伝えしたら技術スタッフを呼ぶと言われたのに来られなくて、テレビが付かなかったことが残念でした。"

"Beautifully appointed and designed hotel. Spacious room and great bathroom.Plenty of fast lifts. Near shopping malls and easy to get buses to other destinations. Courtesy taxi only travelled up to 1.5 km so wasn’t much use really. Generally staff lovely special mention to Aileen, Angel, Lynda and Saga!"

Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."
