"Die Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich und relativ gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gegenüber ist Edeka Bäcker und nebenan ein Grieche (sehr lecker). Die Bushaltesrelle ist etwas über 200 Meter entfernt. Die Verbindungen nach Berlin und zurück waren zu jeder Tageszeit hervorragend. Selbst mitten in der Nacht sind wir problemlos zurückkekommen. "Wir hatten sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht waren, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Ich war mit meinem Baby dort und sie haben nicht nur ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl bereitgestellt, sie haben auch alles getan, damit der Kleine gleich nach Ankunft schlafen kann. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Fußbodenheizung ist echt nice :) Man kann zu Fuß zum Aldi laufen, Spielplätze sind haufenweise da (auch mit Babyschaukel), ein bisschen Wald und viele...

"Es war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. das Haus war super gepflegt und man spürt das die Vermieter alles tun um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war fünf Minuten entfernt und eine gute Verbindung (3 Minuten mit der Tram) zum S-Bahn-Bahnhof Grünau. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort an der Regatta-Tribüne ist sehr schön und auch Lokale in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. "

"The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working...

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"
