The other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the ground floor and are accessible by the stairs.

For staying of more than 6 people, can be used 2 comfortable sofa-beds which are in the living room and have the possibility to accommodate, up to 3 children.

Our villas are located in the area of Marathias, 20 km southwest away from Zakynthos city center which is approximately half an hour driving distance.
They are situated 15 km from the airport and 1 km from the village 'Limni Keriou' (Keri Lake).
In a very small walking distance you can find two excellent taverns and one Italian restaurant.
All of them serve excellent food and offer wonderful sea view.
The beach of Marathias is within 280 meters walk distance from the villas.
This small pebble beach is the perfect spot to enjoy the crystal sea.
Moreover, nearby the harbour of Limni Keriou which is a 3 minute driving distance, you can find more restaurants that serve fresh fish and lobster dishes.
At Limni Keriou you will also find well stocked super markets, local bakery shops, newspapers etc.
There is also another beach where the water is perfect for swimming.
The village of Keri has a lot to offer.
We would like to recommend you to ride a donkey and explore the traditional village which is located on the side of a hill, before reaching the lighthouse as to enjoy its wonderful view.
There are many activities to join in the area such as renting a boat to wander to the crystal waters, going for swimming around the beautiful caves, diving, horse riding and many more.
You could not ask for more than the breathtaking view of the natural environment and the crystal blue water.
The villas are built amphitheatrically, in such a way that each one of them offers a stunning view to the crystal blue sea of Zakynthos and the enchanting Marathonissi island.
We would also like to recommend you to visit the nearby beaches which are also clean and beautiful and attract you for swimming.
Do not miss to explore the wonderful route from Limni Keriou that leads to Marathonissi which is a nesting area for the Caretta Caretta turtles.
It should take you approximately 10 minutes reach that point, another half an hour for the round of Marathonisi and 10 minutes to return back to Limni Keriou.
It would be a pity not to take the chance to swim, at one of the two beaches of Marathonissi.
The smallest of them has some small caves worth to be checked and explored.
