This apartment is located in Zadar, Croatia, 5 min walk to the beach Kolovare and a 10 min walk into the old town.

The apartment is on the twelfth floor (last floor of the building) with lift and offers fantastic views over the city and the sea.

The apartment consists of a bedroom (with double bed), living room (sofa bed for 2 people), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and balcony.

You also have a shopping center 100m from the apartment and is located 400m from the central station! It takes 9km from the airport to the apartment by taxi / car, but there are also bus.

You have everything you need for a pleasant stay; such as sheets, towels, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washer / dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and free parking.

After a lot of back and forth we settled on this Appartment for our trip and we were so glad we did. The apartment was so welcoming , clean , cosy and safe.Powerful shower , the most comfy beds and pillows and so spacious.Very well equipped also.The sights were gorgeous from the top for sunrise and sunset views.Lidl was walking distance for a shop and the town close by too.Couldn’t have chose a better spot Thanks so much for a lovely stay :)

Property is very clean and modern. Owner responded quickly to questions.A little difficult to locate the apartment because the building is not directly on the road. We located it by looking for a tall building. Could use an extra kitchen towel else it had everything we needed. We would recommend to friends if they are traveling to Zadar.

L'appartement est super, propre, tout ce qu'il faut, spacieux. Tres bob emplacement, acces a la plage, au port et centre ville a pieds, facilement même avec des enfants.Merci a Marija pour son excellent accueil.

Perfect place for a few days in Zadar

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable few days stay in Zadar. Marija our host was quick to answer any questions and resolved2 issues very quickly. The location was great for walking into the old city and for getting out to explore the surrounding area. We needed a place with parking so this apartment worked well. 2 things I wasn’t aware of (maybe because I didn’t read the description well enough) there is no AC in the bedroom. It happened to be cool enough at night and there are AC units in the other 2 rooms. The photo I first saw promoting the apartment showed trees and water so I thought there was garden around the apartment which there wasn’t. Would stay here again. issues

It was amazing

I couldn't have wished for more, the place looked great and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was really easy. The air-conditioning was very refreshing. We had a great view from all windows and from the balcony. Also the communication with the owner was all easy and friendly. All in all we had a super stay!!

Beautiful Zadar apartment

Wow!!! What an amazing place to stay this was. More than exceeded expectations. Area and location of accommodation was perfect. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town, walking along the yachts moored up with lovely cafes and bars on route. The apartment was very modern with comfortable beds. facilities and everything you need for a self catering stay. Brand new samsung washing machine and lovely jet shower. The view from all the windows and balcony were amazing with great outdoor furniture to sit out with your morning coffee. Only thing missing was a toaster. The town its self is amazingly historic with the pebble beach close by. Again just a 10 -15 minute flat walk. Lots of Italian influences in and around the city and restaurants served all the food ypu would eant to al a carte to pastries. All in all a great stay thats well worth the daily rate. We will be back !!

Outstanding location and views of Old Town Zadar

Walking distance to all the best of Old Town Zadar. Host provided tourist information and maps. Apartment is well equipped and across the street from a market. Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Modern apartment close to the city center

Well eqipped apartment with a wonderful view over the port and the city, spacious kitchen and loving room with air con. We stayed with 4 people (the couch offers enough space for 2 and is very comfortable). City center and supermarket close by (10 min walking distance), city beaches 15 min. Overall a perfect place to explore the city of Zadar and its surroundings..

Great communication. Easy to find, good location for old town, beaches and bus station. Extremely clean with everything you could need for a few days. Lovely comfy bed.

Fabulous location, unfortunate experience

The location of the apartment and the views are fantastic. Parking is available but do know it’s tight spots and not guaranteed, which is common. A relief if you can snag a spot to park as you really do not need transportation to get to everything you’ll want to see. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the apartment. The only negative is we had an unfortunate experience our first night at the apartment. We were awoken at 4:00am by someone trying to get into the apartment. After 3 hours, he finally left. We told him multiple times he had the wrong apartment but he was insistent in his efforts to get in. We had no way to phone the police, so we just waited it out. Our host, Marija, did respond after it was resolved, she investigated it and followed up to let us know this person was just an intoxicated guest of the neighbor. This was an unnerving experience to say the least. Also, it absolutely is no reflection of Marija. The building is secure, you need a code to enter; however when the door is consistently left propped open, there is no security. Unfortunately because of this experience, we would be hesitant to stay again.

Perfecte locatie voor stad en strand!

In- en uitchecken ging prima, maar was wel wat onpersoonlijk ivm toegangscodes ipv persoonlijk ontvangst. Appartement zag er tip top uit, heerlijke welkomst wijn, super schoon, zeer verzorgd, compleet ingericht, goede airco, fijne stevige bedden, prima douche, super locatie met 10 minuten lopen naar oude centrum of 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. De buurt van het appartement was iets minder fraai.

lovely apartment that made my stay feel right at home!

marija's apartment is perfect. if you are going to be in zadar, you do not need to look for any where else!1.location. it is located outside the old town zadar. and a short walking distance to old town, marina, and a beach with all the amenities such as shower, toilet, jumping platform, beach volleyball, burger/beer joint.just like my own homes in FL and in trieste italy, i never want to live in the middle of everything - bars, shops, clubs and restaurants. unless you plan not to sleep at all and to listen to other people's music all day long, why would you want to stay in old town? from marija's apartment, i can easily go any where! it is next to a small mall:there is a nice movie theater where we caught the new "top gun"! there is eurospar, DM, and other stores too! right downstairs, there are also mini marts where we bought our new water shoes, and a bank with an ATM that accepts union pay cards! the convenience factor of this apartment cannot be overstated. 2.authentically clean! everyone claims that they care about how cleanness.but i am a clean freak so i actually see everything. many apartments "look" clean but upon close inspection, they are not. marija's place not only looks spotless, but smells clean. i can tell all the linens are clean, and of high quality.all the quilts, pillows underneath the covers, sofa are also super clean - items many hosts do not bother to ever launder or clean.but here, even the balcony and outdoor furniture on it are clean! i was very impressed! 3. comfortable high quality furnishing including 2 a/c units. it is true that there is no a/c in the main bedroom, but truly you can keep the door open and cold air will cool it down in no time! sofa is big and comfy, you can sleep in it! and there is ANOTHER double sofa bed that is more comfortable than some of the "real" beds i have slept in! 4. gracious host! marija is super responsive even days before we arrived at zadar! every single question i had (and i had a lot😆) she replied immediately from the best seafood restaurant in town to where to buy exterior paint! (yes i needed to do some shopping for my home in trieste on this trip!) her mum even bought me a big bag of local candies i loved so much! 5. the apartment has a great view because it is on the 12th floor of the tallest building of the entire area - you can see the marina and the bridge; you can watch sunset from the BR. and check in is keyless.everything is electronic! no keys to worry about!

Gute lage, sauberes Objekt, sehr gute Einrichtung, gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Ganz Kleiner Kritikpunkt: eine Wohnzimmertür für ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre mit vier Personen wäre zu empfehlen.
