"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

"Helpful staff, spacious room, and great location. Only negatives are the house keepers only gave 1 hand towel even though 2 guests stay in our room, and the toilet paper was not replenished. So we had to request the towel snd toilet paper every day which was inconvenient. Also no heater if not winter season even though it’s 50’s outside, but the hotel provided us the portable heater."

"We stayed here twice, mainly because of the very walkable location, close to a lot of restaurants, historic sights and the pedestrian-only part of Vitosha Boulevard. "The hotel looks very new and clean when you 1st approach. On the 2nd night we found a 1 inch cockroach in our bathroom. When we looked around we noticed smaller cockroaches squished into the hallway carpet. The breakfast food quality is subpar at best."
