This remodeled, 3 bedroom home was carefully designed to provide you with a serene, desert escape.

Located 20 min from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park & 10 min to the visitor center/downtown.

The home offers a FULLY fenced in yard so you can enjoy the outdoors in privacy. The outdoor space contains an in-ground salt water pool, an outdoor griddle, a gas fire pit, pergola, & swings so you can enjoy the night sky in comfort.

Our home is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

The space:
Welcome to the Wasabi House, a Japandi inspired home in Yucca Valley that was designed for relaxation and comfort in the high desert.

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 adults with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower head.

The second bedroom features 2 full size beds.

The detached third bedroom features a king size bed and a dedicated workspace. This room offers maximum privacy while providing easy access to all backyard amenities. PLEASE NOTE: This room is detached and does not have a dedicated bathroom. The bathroom access will be through the main property.

All of our mattresses are Zinus memory foam to provide guests with the best comfort. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains for a great night of sleep.

LIVING ROOM:
The space includes a large sectional couch and a mounted 65 inch TV. From this room, you can overlook the in-ground pool through a large portrait window.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
The space comes with a full size, and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals. Please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided.

There is space to seat 8 guests at the dining table and 3 barstools for seating at the kitchen counter.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The best part of coming to Yucca Valley is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we’ve set our space up so you can do just that. Prepare a meal with the flattop griddle with outdoor tabled seating for 8. Hang out at the in-ground salt water pool or take a swim during the hot weather. Enjoy the elevated outdoor view and night sky under the pergola or next to the propane gas fire pit.

BASICS:
There’s a powerful mini-split to cool each bedroom and the living room during the hottest days, and warm up the space on the coldest nights.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note:
PEST SERVICE:
To keep the desert critters away, our pest technician will spray the exterior of the home every month. We schedule this when the property is not reserved by a guest.

You may also see bait boxes near the house, which also keep critters away. Do not touch or move them.

** PLEASE NOTE: Our property is secluded on a corner lot offering privacy and desert views. With the warm weather and the secluded location of our property, there may be wildlife activity within the area.

POOL SERVICE:
To keep the pool as clean as possible, it is serviced weekly on Wednesdays. To respect your privacy, our pool technician will go directly to the pool through a separate gate that is away from main entrance. Please be aware that they will be there for a short time.

** THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER.

TRASH SERVICE:
Trash and recycling bins are located by the pool gate outside of the property. Trash service is scheduled on Wednesdays.
