"We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. "Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. "

"The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "

She even gave us the name and contact of a very good transportation agency that helped us get from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. We were amazed by the beauty of her property! "This house was fantastic for our family of 10. Fernando helped so much! We loved our housekeeper/ cooks that he arranged for us. The dogs and beautiful yard kept our children occupied during a 2 day strike when we couldn’t go anywhere. We are so glad we had since a central location for Sacred Valley tours. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Very clean, well maintained, easily sleeps 14. "
