"매우만족하며 거의 모든 직원이 친절했으나 로비에서 손님을 맞이하는 직원들의 옷차림세나 예의바른 공손한 인사는 멋진 호텔과 너무 동떨어진 느낌 이었습니다. 인터콘티넨탈호텔의 명성에 맞는 의복과 자세, 공손한 예의바름은 모든 사용자에게 큰 공감을 받으리라 믿습니다 (특정직원이 불친절했다는 이야기는 아닙니다, 상의셔츠 단추가 열려서 속살이 보인다든가 인사방법등을 조언드리는 겁니다.) 호텔의 큰 발전을 기원합니다.참 11층34호 청소해주시는 분이 늦게까지 잘 지원해 주셔서 감사했습니다."
