"Good amount of parking on site. Over the road from the talbot yard and a short walk into the market square. Good for foodies when the Saturday food market is on. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant on the first night of our stay (steak), my partner asked for medium rare but some of it was underdone. He should have raised it at the time but I mentioned it at the end of the meal and and we were highly satisfied with how they addressed it and with utmost professionalism. I asked for mine to be...

"We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Everything was beautiful. The staff were lovely and friendly. I will stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Malton. "

"Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way . Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery. So glad we had booked as they were turning people away ! The staff were excellent- friendly , courteous and attentive. Lovely relaxing night away , helped by the English heatwave ."

"This property is very well maintained and far better than many chain hotels like Holiday Inn or Premier Inn. The room had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy, clean, and well-equipped place to stay!"
