✨ The Space ✨

Stylishly decorated and furnished to a high standard, this exceptional home offers both comfort and charm in equal measure. The ground floor boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for socialising and relaxing—as well as a separate, dedicated second living room for added comfort and flexibility. There is also a small utility room here with a washing machine and drying rack available for guests.

The newly fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer, providing everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Also on the ground floor is the first of three modern bathrooms, along with access to a private rear yard—complete with outdoor seating for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

The open-plan living space is furnished with a luxurious sofa, armchair, dining table, and a breakfast bar—perfect for casual dining or entertaining.

Up on the first floor, you'll find two beautifully presented double bedrooms, each featuring original wooden flooring, built-in wardrobes, and plush, inviting beds. This floor also includes a stylish bathroom with a full-size bath.

The second floor is home to the master suite—a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, generous storage, and its own private bathroom, complete with a bath for unwinding at the end of the day.

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsburys Supermarket a 3 minute walk and Morrison's Supermarket an 8 minute walk back down the A1036.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ALARM SYSTEM
The property comes with an alarm system. The code for this is 1204. Please consult the digital guest manual that you will be sent ahead of your stay for full instructions.

TRAVEL COT
We can provide a travel cot for guests to use during their stay. There is an additional charge of £20 for this. Please enquire at the point of booking. Guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding.


My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
