The living area is flooded with natural light and features a plush sofa, flat-screen TV with streaming access, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, eat, and entertain with ease. Whether you’re prepping breakfast before a day trip or unwinding with a movie and a glass of wine, the space is made for comfort.



The lodge has three well-sized bedrooms, including a serene master with an ensuite shower room, plus a stylish family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower — perfect for soaking after a long day of adventuring.



Outside, you’ll find three distinct outdoor seating areas, giving you space to bask in the morning sun with a coffee, enjoy relaxed lunches, or gather for evening drinks. The real showstopper is your private hot tub, nestled in a secluded corner of the garden and ready for long, luxurious soaks beneath the stars.



The entire lodge has been thoughtfully styled to create a peaceful escape — ideal for recharging and reconnecting in beautiful surroundings.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire lodge and all outdoor spaces, including the hot tub and gardens. Self check-in via a secure lockbox gives you total flexibility on arrival time, and we’re always available if you need support, recommendations, or local tips during your stay.

Just 5 minutes away by car is the charming market town of Pocklington, home to cafés, shops, walking trails, and local attractions like Burnby Hall Gardens. For a day packed with history, shopping, and sightseeing, the historic city of York is just a 20-minute drive — or bus ride — away.

You’ll find free private parking for up to two cars directly outside the lodge, with additional space available nearby. If you prefer public transport, a bus stop just outside the park gates offers easy connections to York and Pocklington — ideal for car-free adventures.



Other Things to Note:

A cot bed and high chair are available free of charge – just let us know in advance if you’d like them set up for your arrival.



The hot tub is professionally cleaned and treated between each stay to ensure top hygiene and comfort.



We welcome well-behaved pets, but kindly ask they stay off the furniture and aren’t left alone inside the lodge.



The lodge is set entirely on one level with step-free access throughout — suitable for guests with limited mobility.
