This luxurious stunning waterfront estate with 220 feet of ocean frontage with PRIVATE rocky beach offers all you need for a luxurious, relaxing seaside vacation. Spectacular ocean views from every room. Enjoy barbecuing by the heated, self-cleaning, pool . The 2 rotunda decks overlooking the pool and the ocean are beautifully furnished; a perfect spot for relaxing or an al fresco meal. Once inside you will find an elegant and tastefully furnished home. The gourmet kitchen has multiple islands and work stations with granite counter tops and high end appliances including double ovens, multiple dishwashers, oversized refrigerator and more. The kitchen is designed for entertaining on a grand scale. The family room is open to the kitchen & breakfast room & has a 13 foot fireplace along with 5 other fireplaces. Additionally, the first level offers a dining room, living room and office all with water views. The second level has 2 guest rooms each with a queen bed. There are 2 master suites both with a double sided fireplace, sitting room and luxury bath. The third level offers a sitting area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (2 with children's day beds) and 1 bath. The baths offer European spa treatment with steam, aroma therapy, Chroma therapy with the latest in spa relaxation. Each aspect of this seaside estate is luxurious and impeccably designed and can handle a large get together while providing a quiet place to just relax and read a book. Breathtaking views abound.


This new, beautifully designed and furnished home offers all required for a luxurious seaside vacation. From coffee in the morning or a sunset dinner on the rotunda deck overlooking the ocean to a midnight swim in the heated pool, all these favorite vacation activities and more are at your fingertips.

York Harbor, though away from it all in feeling is just minutes from:

1. Long days at many other beached, some complete with amusements, playground, and candy shops while others are just a stretch of beautiful beaches of sand, water and sun.

2. World class dining or a casual lobster dinner while looking out at the ocean.

3. Outlet shopping. Many famous name designers and shops are represented from Coach to the Gap making this a perfect spot for a day of shopping.

4. An outing to Ogunquit (just 15 minutes north) for walking the 1.5 mile Marginal Way, dinner in Perkins Cove, a day at the 3 mile long white sand beach or an evening of theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse.

5. Golf, horseback riding, day camps for the kids, or a day trip to Boston (1 hour away).

With request prior to your vacation, we can offer many extras. We can, for example, assist with babysitting services, midweek or daily cleaning, a private chef and in home massage therapy. These services are not included in the rental fee. Please inquire about rates and availability

The home is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and the host is very kind, offers his services as your concierge and means it! We contacted him frequently to review our plans and recommendations from someone who is a local. He never steered us wrong. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning for another stay in York and will certainly book this beautiful home. Trust me it’s even nicer than the pictures suggest.

This is a very large, upscale property that is very nicely appointed and with a great pool! Six BR, 5 BA, large kitchen, family room, dining room, ofice, sunroom, multiple verandas....it just keeps going! Plenty of room to gather the whole family yet lots of space to have some quiet mements too. Looks out on York Harbor and is within striking distance to most everything you will want to see in the area. There were 11 of us with the grandkids and we had an incredible week. Highly recommend the property.

This is a beautiful luxury property, which was perfect for a relaxing vacation with family. The pool was perfect for the kids. The location is very quiet, and only a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and other recreation. The host offered lots of suggestions for good food and fun activities. Thank you!

Lots of privacy, quiet and peaceful area, scenic views, well equipped, incredible restaurants nearby, functional layout with expansive living spaces indoor and out, responsive and helpful host. we had a wonderful time in York Harbor. The house is beautiful, neighborhood quite and perfect location. This was a family reunion with my parents, 2 brothers, spouses and kids. 13 of us in all. we had a wonderful time eating together around the large dining room table and enjoying the pool. we had issues with the air conditioning but dana was great is trying to help, and I will add it was an unusually hot week we were there. we had many conversations with Dana leading up to our trip to help with planning outings and dinner reservations. He was wonderful with his recommendations! I would for sure check out "off the boat lobsters" for dinner one night and Mel Harrington if you need a chef. Both of which Dana recommended! Overall, we had a wonderful family reunion and will definitely be back to southern Maine.

Our family (6 adults, 3 kids) spent the weekend together at this extraordinary property. Dana greeted us upon our arrival, and spent a lot of time showing us around. The house is spectacular, even more beautiful than in the photos, and well suited for large groups. York is such a fun area, and within an easy drive to many fun activities. Dana was readily available by phone/text, to answer questions and provide any information needed. If you are looking for a getaway that is the "whole package", this home is for you!

We had an amazing week. The house was spectacular, plenty of room for everyone to gather together or if you wanted to get away there were plenty of areas you could find a quiet space to escape and read. The pool was beautiful and a wonderful area to relax and swim. Dana was so responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor. We had a wonderful stay, looking forward to going back again.

Great property with lots to do. Fishing, golf, swimming and alot of eating especially fish and lobster! Very comfortable location with many spaces for all to be together or alone. Dana was a great resource for locating local services. Overall, great vacation! Remember to bring bug spray!

We enjoyed our week with 13 adults spanning 3 generations. We made significant use of the pool and some time at the ocean (rocky) shore. Since we live in Maine, the high 60 degree ocean temp was welcomed and great spot for swimming. Dana was always available for rapid response to any questions - he came almost immediately with tarps to cover a patch of poison ivy to allow access to the water - Thanks! Overall great space and amenities, and a phenomenal host!

We had a great family vacation. The house was great and big enough that everyone had space to spread out. The weather wasn’t great, but we made the best of it. This property was absolutely wonderful! We were a family party of 12 adults and my 8 month old granddaughter. The home is decorated impeccably, and so comfortably! Every space, both indoor and outdoor, made us feel cozy and at home. There was so much room to spread out if one wanted some alone time and the kitchen and family room easily accommodated us all together at the same time! We used every space, the balcony off the master bedroom was our early morning coffee gathering spot! There’s a wonderful Al fresco dining table with a large umbrella also! The weather warmed up considerably from what we had originally expected for early May and walking around the neighborhood we saw so many beautiful trees and bushes in bloom! The birds singing in the trees were delightful! And the gorgeous view of the river across from the house was enchanting! Dana was an outstanding host, he worked with us when our original dates needed to be changed and was so helpful with information about the area for dining and sights. I would highly recommend this property and would throughly enjoy returning to experience the house again myself! Thank you to Dana for a memorable family experience!

We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving holiday in York. Prior to our arrival, Dana (the owner) provided information on the house and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Upon arrival, Dana met us and took us through the entire house to ensure we were well acquainted with the house. The house can accommodate a large group very comfortably and the kitchen is very well equipped. Coupled with the amazing views, the house was a wonderful site to celebrate the holiday. We would absolutely come again!!

My family (which included 8 adults and 3 children ages 1 to 5 years old) stayed at this beautiful property for a week in August. Dana is an exceptionally attentive host and had a long list of recommendations for activities and dining in the area (like private chef Mel!). The house was huge and very clean. The location and views couldn’t have been better. And the pool was really lovely. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent throughout the house (which was particularly important to me as I had to do some work!) and even at the pool. For the cost for this rental, there were a few minor things that we hoped could have been improved….The cooktop in the kitchen was very hard to operate. The TV in the main family room worked, but just barely. And a number of the chairs by the pool were broken. Overall, we’d highly recommend the house, and we had a wonderful experience with the host, Dana.

We booked this gorgeous house last minute in hopes of having a few days of fun with a couple friends and their kids. When we pulled up to the house we were greeted by the property manager/owner who was extremely kind and took the time to show us around the property. This home felt more like an estate than a house and it was exactly as advertised! It boasted 9' Ceilings throughout with abeautiful kitchen, living rooms, sitting areas, etc! Each of the bedrooms were spacious and ideal for families with kids! The outdoor grounds were immaculate and the pool did not dissapoint!! A couple members of my group wished it was a little bit warmer, but I know heating a pool to 75 or 80° F is extremely expensive. In short, if you have a large family or multiple groups with kids, this house is a must stay! Thank you Dana for your kindness and hospitality 😁 Very clean

Gorgeous spot. Huge home. Perfect for girls getaway weekend. Close proximity to activities and restaurants. I’d highly recommend it. My only criticism is that we went there the last week of September and we’re told the pool was heated; but turned out it was too cold to swim. Host was very receptive and always available.

Dana was so helpful with all of the questions I had. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and the amazing views. Plenty of room for a large group and only 20 minutes to Ogunquit.
