  • With Long Sands Beach only three blocks down the road, this will be a summer spent swimming, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, and relaxing in the Southern Maine sunshine.

    Built in 2019, this home is bright, open, and comfortable, with an air-conditioned living space spread out across two levels. It's a place where you can stroll 800 feet home from the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower, and toss the swimsuits in the laundry room.

    Bring a cold drink outside to a rocking chair on the front porch, or make yourself at home on the living room sofa in front of the cable TV. Just beyond the living room are a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances, plentiful cabinet storage, and an island with bar seats for your assisting chefs.

    On summer evenings, lounge outside in the hammock, sear fresh seafood on the gas grill, and tell stories of the days laughs and adventures around the firepit.

Great house

We were in town for a wedding, this house was perfect for our whole family. Great area, can walk down to the beach and lots of good restaurants around. We would definitely rent here again if in the area again.

Nice Place within short walk to the beach

House was as advertised! Location is convenient to everything in York and within a short walk you can be on Long Sands beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great house and great location

The house was awesome, we especially like the open kitchen/dining area. It was a great space for all of us to be cooking together. We also enjoyed the deck out back. It is just a short walk to Long Sands beach, so the location was perfect.

Fun Weekend Away

The property was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We took many walks down there with our dog Dexter. The house was awesome, very spacious and a nice back patio for relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a long holiday weekend, the home was easy to find, a close walk to the beach and completely immaculate. The beds were comfortable, with extra blankets when the temp dropped, bathrooms were in amazing working order and so clean. A perfect fit for our party of 7!! Will definitely be back!

Perfect beach house

This was a great place for a beach vacation. Clean and convenient. You don't need to pack your own sheets or towels. Even the pillows were clean and comfortable. There are 2 roll away cots and a fully equipped kitchen. Quick walk to Long Sands.

Happy in Maine

Very clean! Lots of essentials available. Loved the short walk to the beach! A few beach chairs would nice addition! Maybe there are some later in the season. We would stay here again! Lots of fun!

Wonderful weekend

The place was better then expected with all the essentials you could need. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Roomy enough for 6-8 people to sleep. Great patio with chairs and grill. And only 2-3 blocks to the beach! Even could see it from property. Lots of shops near beach, light house and restaurants. And if you need more shopping .. alot more shops in Kittery .. only 10 minutes away. Would definitely go again!

Perfect House

Everything is great except for the room with bunk beds. Last year it had a queen bed. The bunk bed makes the room dark and claustrophobic. I have a physical disability that makes it difficult to maneuver stairs, so I was very disappointed to have to sleep in a dark and claustrophobic room, especially after last year. The bunk edifice should be upstairs so people like me can have a nice room.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband, two teenagers, and 2 small dogs traveled to York the last weekend of April. We were looking for somewhere quiet, dog-friendly, affordable and walking distance to the ocean. This rental hit the spot! There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for all of us and the 3 bathrooms were a life saver for the 4 of us (especially for our girl and boy teenagers!). The house was equipped with literally everything you could think of needing. We loved the area and friendly neighbors who were very understanding the day our little shi-tzu escaped on us momentarily! The less than 5-minute walk to the ocean was perfection. The house was a 10-minute drive to all the best shopping and activities. We were really able to see so much more than we planned because of its location. We had an issue with tripping a breaker our first night there and the maintenance support was so amazingly fast and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Nice little home near the shore

It was nice to have two full baths and half. It was nice to have the washer and dryer on the same level as the common areas. The kitchen area had lot of counter space and was more than adequately stock with dishes. It was clear how the wifi information was displayed. The only suggestion I would make is an information book about instructions regarding check out etc. We were not sure if we were supposed to remove our shoes at the entrance but did so . It was nice having window covering that helped block the light as morning light came early in Maine. It was lovely place with parking which we didn't realize until we had been in Maine awhile what bonus this was. The accommodations were just a short stroll to the beach. One of the full baths was a master bathroom off a master bedroom. Access to this bathroom was through the master bedroom so keep this in mind if sharing is an issue. Lovely place and I would rent again.

Brilliant location and amenities! Would stay again, for sure!!Just a few things for the manager: add hair dryers to the list of amenities. Fix the power outlet and the towel bar in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Add more hooks to hang clothes, towels, etc. The bbq was filthy! But we left it clean. Thank you!!

York Beach Family Vacation

Excellent location- easy walk to the beach with umbrella, chairs, etc. available at the house. Plenty of room to spread out with 4 BRs and 2 1/2 baths.

There were 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 young children, and the home was very roomy, comfy and perfectly clean. Walking distance to ocean. Highly recommend this property.
