"Absolutely wonderful stay. Chad was a brilliant and sympathetic host who was generous and super nice to communicate with. Visit the Broken Hill Restaurant on the street levels below the apartments. It has some of the best smoked meats going around. The apartments are warm and cosy with very nice amenities. We will be back to Nelson and will be sure to try to stay at the Broken Hill apartments again - they were that nice."

"Although this little place is ground level and downtown, it was quiet and private. We were just steps from everything and with easy close parking. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host even tipped us off to local events I would not have known about. Saturday market at Cottonwood Falls Park was so fun. "

"Excellent location. Beautiful area of BC. Lots of good restaurants. Great veranda at rear of house for visiting and resting. Spectacular view. Kitchen equipped well. Good showers. Very enjoyable."

"Beautiful property nice outdoor sitting and there was every convenience in the kitchen, bathrooms even beach towels. We were very close to the Ainsworth hot pools and restaurants. Would highly recommend we really enjoyed our stay"

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Communication with Chad was always quick. Parking would be only down fall, but we lucked out and got the Handicap stop out front each night. Our friends though ended up paying for each day (total 40) for 5 nights and is 2 blocks away. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality dishes etc. We wold defiantly recommend staying here in Nelson.:)"

"This is our third golf trip to Nelson and the second year of staying at this condo. It’s the perfect location for walking to area restaurants etc."

"Shelley’s place is in an absolutely beautiful location super close to Nelson. With 3 couples, this setup worked perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved sitting on the deck bird watching and hope to be back in the summertime to swim and enjoy that beach! "

"Perfect location for a ski getaway! This quirky home was great for us to base out of during our trip to Whitewater. We had a little trouble getting into the house on arrival, but the owners were quick to respond and get us in the property. If you come to ski, make sure you have 4WD. The driveway is no joke :) "

"The condo was beautiful and clean. Many small touches made us feel very welcome. The mattress was firm and super comfortable. Everything works! In-unit washer & dryer was handy.
