"I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely...

"a little dated, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel, but most staff are very helpful, especially those gentlemen from the concierge team (e.g. Zero, the staff who helped with my bags when i checked in on Thursday and the gentleman in specs from night shift (didn’t get their names sorry). Zhang from security is also very helpful, my friends and i were full of hands with all our stuff for the past few days and he will kindly help to hold the door for us when we get off the cars when we reach. "I got a basic single bed room. It was small but had everything I needed. Light switches could be controlled by the unit right next to the bed. Bottled water and slippers were available in-room. Toothpaste/comb were provided at check-in if you needed it. Lots of dining options in the area. It was walking distance to the metro station (good if your luggage isn't huge or heavy). They could also hold your luggage after check out. "
