To the outside, there is off-road parking and a garden with a decked area, a patio area and a lawn area. The Milking Barn is a superb base for a family holiday to the southern region of Somerset.

Within the town you will find a selection of amenities, as well as attractions including the National Trust's Montacute House, e Yeovil Country Park with superb bird-watching and the Fleet Air arm Museum. Within close reach is the historic town of Sherborne and the Dorset AONB offers countryside scenery and historical landmarks.
