"I'm surprised that this was considered a 3 star facility. I'm not pretentious and for the value I consider it a 5 star facility. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. My room had all the bells and whistles needed for a 5 day stay. I never expect it to be quiet in a motel/hotel, but for the most part I only heard for a short period the people above me walking.
