"When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening. Once we entered our room, the heat was not working properly. We complained to the front desk they said they did not have any other rooms and they sent a technician who did not do anything with the system. The bedside outlets were not working. Sunday morning housekeeping was vacuuming starting before 8 AM. Before 9 AM...

"Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. "

There are people who live at the property, and they contributed to a fight at 1am in the hallway that lasted for a few minutes, and keeping shopping carts nearby on the property. "This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...

"They will scam you for your money and try to kick you out of hotel if they do not like you or your children! Never had such horrible service in my life ! I will highly recommend not staying at that inn. "
