Clean, quiet one bedroom apartment. All new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed and single cot (if needed). Deck with bbq and sitting area. Bathroom with full tub and shower. All original artwork on the walls, TV with cable, Wifi. Air conditioned. Within walking distance of downtown and local restaurants. Parking,. 2.5 minute drive from the Ferry. Owners on site (upstairs) for any questions or concerns.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Working town

Yarmouth is not really a tourist destination and Water St just behind the accomodation is full of derelict fish factories. We came on bikes and thought to ride the rail trail but it is rutted and basically an ATV trail. The lighthouse is spectacular and there are lovely historical houses. Good fishing museum. Nice Italian restaurant almost next door.

Stay was great we enjoyed the stay very much would do it again sometime. But as i said bed in bedroom beeds some work. Maybe more slates and better blocking underneath

Sweet Nautical

Our Second Stay at the Nautical. Absolutely "Love.Love" this place. So very handy to beautiful beaches and fishing wharves. So much to see. We love the area. Thank you, Frank. We will definately be back!

Excellent choice

Convenient to everything! Great restaurant in our backyard! Host (and neighbors) super kind and inviting. Even with construction in the neighborhood, it was a Wonderful Place to stay.

Lovely property! Have stayed at one of Franks spots last year and found it to be wonderful. Agreed that we would seek him out for our next stay in Yarmouth and weren’t disappointed.

This was a perfect property for one person or a couple. very clean and quiet in a great location, close to parks, walking trails, places to see and restaurants and shopping. Frank was a great host, helpful with the check in and suggestions for places to visit!

Amazing Stay

My friend and I had an absolute blast. The bed was comfy, the space was very clean I loved the little nautical touches. Went well with the area. Communication was quick and efficient from Frank and Jody. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Lovely gem in Yarmouth

This apartment is well maintained. Clean, bright and fresh. Frank has placed all the necessities needed for your stay. Bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect - a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised, very friendly owner/operator, location on "main drag" with some outside noise but not an impediment indoors; spacious and well fitted out. Would stay again readily.
